We have no programs at this time that match the filter you slected". All other on demand is working. HBO channels working. On phone and chatted with no success. Was told to reset box and wait 12 hours. Still not working.

It suddenly turns off completely. I have to reselect the app category and then the Directv app and then the show I was watching. Needless to say, it is very hard to watch a broken/interrupted live broadcast.
